WALTER ANTONIO MARTINEZ GAMIÑO
MANAGING DIRECTOR
He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Technological University of Mexico, with a Master's degree in Senior Management from the Banking and Commercial School, he has LEED AP accreditations specializing in BD+C, O+M, ID+C, he is also certified as Construction Project Manager by the ACI. He has taken courses in the areas of Building Systems Commissioning by the Building Commissioning Association in San Antonio, TX. He has also taken refresher courses for real estate projects development.
He has served as Project Manager of construction in the industrial sector, LEED consultant and Commissioning for transnational companies. He has carried out several "property condition surveys" for national and international companies. He is currently a founding partner of the company MARTÍNEZ Y MURGUIA GERENCIA DE PROYECTOS Y CONSULTORIA LEGAL S.C. He is responsible for the area of real estate projects and their management.
JULIA MURGUIA BARBOSA
LEGAL DIRECTOR
She has a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, with a master's degree in Tax Law from the Pan-American University, and has obtained a master's degree from the Humanitas University, Querétaro Campus in the Master's Degree in Corporate Law.
In her professional practice she has experience in litigation in tax and administrative matters as well as in the promotion of Protection Trials in tax and administrative matters.
In recent years, she has worked as a company legal advisor on corporate matters, contracts, trusts, real estate operations, incorporation of companies, registration of trademarks at the IMPI.
She is responsible for the legal and litigation area, as well as contract review.
